If you decide to move forward:

• We'll draw up a contract that includes the scope of work, estimated costs, start date, estimated length of the project, and other practical details so that we are on the same page.

• A $1,000 deposit is required to schedule your project with an estimated start date contingent on completion of prior customer. 

• We will sit down and discuss a plan that is comfortable for you regarding design and purchasing.  We have relationships established for tile, cabinets, stone, and glass and will utilize those that are appropriate for your budget. Most of the time it's a collaboration, but we could work with your designer or do installation only if that is your preference.      

• We purchase all basic supplies (drywall, thinset, etc).  These are added to your final invoice with no mark up.. 

• We work Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but are flexible.​

• We tidy up at the end of each day and check in with you often.
